1. This equipment automatically assembles and glues 3-part, 4-part latex tube.
2.This machine adopts Japanese OMRON PLC circuit control, Taiwan WEINVIEW touch screen operation, optical fiber photoelectric detection, automatic stop when there is no material, and open when there is material.
3.All pneumatic components use Japanese SMC cylinders and Mindman valves.
4.The parts in contact with the product are made of 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, and the other parts are treated with anti-corrosion.
1. Electrical components and pneumatic components are all imported, mechanical parts of CNC machining hole, product contact parts of stainless steel and aluminum alloy material, hard oxidation and environmentally friendly chemical nickel plating processing.
2.The heated spike needle assembled with the filter membrane, the inner hole with electrostatic blowing deducting treatment and vacuum cleaning solve the dust in artificial assembling.
3.Adopts portable punching membrane. The process is simple and stable, reducing the waste of membrane.
4.After the assembly of air inlet plug glue, auto stop and alarm for no glue machine to avoid leakage of glue water.
5.After online detection of all the parts assembled, separate the qualified and unqualified products.
