Product Description
China Disposable Infusion IV Set Drip Chamber Assembly Machine
The machine can auto-assemble the spike needle, needle cap, water stop membrane, air inlet plug, drip chamber, and Filter. And the assembly of air inlet plug needs glue.
Machine test function including:
After assembling the spike needle and cap, use the photoelectric switch to check if the spike needle is with the cap.
After assembling the water stop membrane to the air inlet plug, use the photoelectric switch to check if the water stop membrane has been assembled.
After checking the water stop membrane, gluing the air inlet plug, and then assembling it to the air inlet of the spike needle,
Test if the air inlet is blocked, and separate the unqualified products.
The qualified spike needle is assembled to the gluing drip chamber.
Check if the drip chamber is assembled with a filter. If the filter is in the right position.
Blowing the dust in the assembled drip chamber.
After blowing dust and gluing, the qualified drip chamber was delivered to the fifth assembly line.
Test if the drip chamber and spike needle are assembled well.
Separate the unqualified products
1. Electrical components and pneumatic components are all imported, mechanical parts of CNC machining holes, product contact parts of stainless steel and aluminum alloy material, hard oxidation, and environmentally friendly chemical nickel plating processing.2. The heated spike needle assembled with the filter membrane, the inner hole with electrostatic blowing deducting treatment and vacuum cleaning solve the dust in artificial assembling.
3. Adopts a portable punching membrane. The process is simple and stable, reducing the waste of the membrane.
4. After the assembly of the air inlet plug glue, auto stop, and alarm for no glue machine to avoid leakage of glue water.
5.After online detection of all the parts assembled, separate the qualified and unqualified products.
