An ETO sterilization machine operates through a controlled, multi-stage process designed to ensure thorough sterilization while maintaining product integrity. The key steps typically include:

Preconditioning:
The products are placed in a preconditioning chamber to adjust temperature and humidity.

This step helps microorganisms become more susceptible to ETO gas.
Sterilization:
Ethylene oxide gas is introduced into the sterilization chamber under a controlled temperature, pressure, and humidity environment.

The gas penetrates the packaging and kills microorganisms by disrupting their DNA and metabolic processes.
Evacuation and Aeration:
