The main application of this machine is packing of disposable medical products such as disposable syringe,transfusion set. It is also applied in such products as pharmacy food ,textile, toys and tooth brush.
This apparatus is suitable for paper/plastic composite packing and hard membrane packing. If the soft printer is equipped of this apparatus, it is able to print words and graphs directly which can be used to save printing counts (by using white permeable absorbing paper, and improve productivity).

Composition
The apparatus is mainly composed of frame, drive mechanism, paper and plastic film decoiling mechanism, plastic-forming mechanism, heating mechanism, color label detection mechanism, transverse-cutting mechanism, lengthways-cutting mechanism, control system, etc.
Features of Components:
Frame: It is mainly made of alloy aluminum and stainless steel, which ensures the cleanliness and asepsis of the production environment.
Plastic-Forming Mechanism:The suction mechanism includes heating system, suction mould, lifting mechanism, screw displacement mechanism and vacuum system. The upper heating method is adopted to make the film heating more uniform and the molded blister is more beautiful.
Heating Mechanism: The heat-seal mechanism includes heating system, heat-seal air bag, heat-seal mold, lifting mechanism, screw displacement mechanism, etc. The heat sealing air bag is used to balance the pressure on the surface of the heat sealing surface, and the sealing performance is good.
Color Label Detection Mechanism: The color label detection mechanism includes color sensor, guide rail, and cardboard. It can finish the packaging requirements accurately.
Transverse-Cutting Mechanism: With rolling cutting mode, cutting edges are more straight, paper scraps are less and more durable.
